1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between joya9 bdt and its users. By registering on the joya9 bdt platform or using any of its services, you agree to each provision of these Terms. These Terms are drawn up in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall prevail. joya9 bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. 4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Payment Responsibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

joya9 bdt offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. However, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn — meaning a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳30,000 in wagering to be completed.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only available once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The time limit for completing the wagering requirement is set by joya9 bdt.
• Making a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• joya9 bdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The joya9 bdt VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback paid at a set rate based on net losses for that week. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Services

The joya9 bdt platform offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and sports betting. The specific rules for each game are set out separately on the respective game pages.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error, server outage, or connection problem causes a fault in any bet or result during a game, joya9 bdt reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Any winnings displayed as a result of a software error will not be treated as valid.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting category and are clearly displayed in the game interface. Bets outside the set limits cannot be placed.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

If prohibited activities, false information, age violations, or fraudulent conduct are established, joya9 bdt may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact the support team. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, but active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an account is cancelled due to fraud, all balances and winnings in that account will be forfeited. If an account is suspended for any reason, withdrawals will be held until a review of the balance is completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

Every user who participates on the joya9 bdt platform makes their own independent decisions regarding gambling. joya9 bdt is not responsible for any financial loss, personal dispute, or third-party claim arising from a user's activity.

joya9 bdt is not obliged to provide compensation if a game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, device failure, or any other technical reason. However, complaints about such incidents may be submitted to the support team with supporting evidence and will be reviewed.
